3 to 4 weeks or can be done weeks in advance

Two weeks before the party

1. Make or buy your invitation

2. Begin assembling or making decorations/favors/prizes

3. Came out your kid party food menu

4. Buy food items

5. Do advance food preparation if possible

6. Order the party cake and foods if applicable.

1. Brief your helpers on the kid party games and event

2. Start making decorations, favors, etc.

3. Prepare music/ CD player for the party

4. Check your camera or video camera if it is working and ensure that there are enough battery

5. Get ready the costume that your family going to wear at the party

1. Call guests who have not RSVP’d to see if they are coming

2. Start to pack your favor bags once you know who is coming

3. Assemble any serving dishes, tableware. Etc.

1. Gather your helpers to do what every thing that you can prepare in advance like decoration, baked cake, prepared food and arrange tables and chairs

2. Take away danger equipments from the party place

3. Assemble game/craft supplies

4. Call to confirm pick-up time or delivery time bakery or florist if applicable for the big day

1. Arrange helpers to pick up last minute items, such as the cake, foods, helium balloons

2. Blow up balloons

3. Put out decorations such as balloons tied to gate

4. Party bags ready for action

5. Music at the ready

6. Arranged your party food

7. Dressed ready for your party
