Race to the station
Draw two tracks at different side and used cardboard to make train stations. Make about 20 stations and divide it equally to both tracks. Get red, blue and orange plastic cups and place it close to one another on the floor. Before starting the game, divide the children into two teams and each team make a human train standing at the first station of their own track. Give each team a ping pong ball and each team will take turn to throw the ping pong ball at the cups. If the ball drop at red cup his or her team will have to move back one station. If the ball landed on the blue cup, the team will move to next station and orange move two stations forwards. Each children will take turn to throw the ball for their team, the first team who reach the last station is the winner. Whistle a message
In this game different whistles will send a message to children. Explain to them the whistle message such as one long blast is to hop, one short blast is to stop two blast is to dance etc… All the children will stand in a straight line a distance from you when you brow the whistle they are supposed to dance, hop or sit those that do the wrong action will be out of the game the last one will be the winner.
